The LUD-200 Ultrasonic Drill is a fully self-tuning, high-performance machine designed for precision drilling, engraving, and cutting of hard, brittle materials. Simply attach the tool, turn it on, and adjust the power to match the material—no manual tuning required.
Using ultrasonic energy, this drill can create 0.5mm to 4.0mm holes, engrave up to 8mm with a solid die, and cut through precious and semi-precious stones, ferrite, silicon, glass, and ceramics with remarkable speed and efficiency. The solid-state transducer converts AC power into 20 KHz mechanical vibrations, while 220-grit silicon carbide abrasive facilitates smooth, precise cutting.
