As a first time tumbler, I did some research online before purchasing. So far, this machine has lived up to expectations. I do not have outdoor space, so right now I am tumbling on my kitchen counter and it is so quite, I forget it's there.

Very pleased with the product and the timely delivery. New to this, so the supporting documents are helpful. Just returned from the southern Oregon coast with some colorful jasper samples from the beaches and have those going in one barrel (pre-polish since they were pretty smooth) and the rough specimens in the second barrel. Looking forward to getting all polished up. Just takes time…Also appreciate the “checking in emails” from Gemstone. Nice, professional approach.
