This tumbler had literally no set up needed

This tumbler had literally no set up needed. Getting the tumbler up and running was simple and the directions are easy to follow. Tumbler phase 1 and 2 without issue. Excited to continue to polish and tumble with this tumbler!

Great machine

In years past I used a QT12 tumbler and made some amazing stones shine, this is my first time using a vibrating machine and am on my first batch. Everything seems great. I really like the fact that I can actually see the stones working and can adjust what goes in the bowl. This first batch should be beautiful. Thanks

In May of 2025 I purchased a vibratory tumbler from the Gemstone Lab. The product was fantastic but experienced a warranty issue. I reached out to the Gemstone Lab for support and Craig, the company owner, contacted me immediately. Craig managed the warranty replacement promptly and when we determined the replacement would not reach me in time to complete my Christmas gifts (polished agates), Craig provided a solution. I now will be able to finish my Christmas presents because of Craig and the excellent customer service of the Gemstone Lab. The Lortone 33B tumbler works great it’s very quiet and easy to use. Love having two tumblers going at one time, makes the job twice as fast! Shipping was free and fast and communication from the Gemstone Lab was excellent.
