Designed for serious lapidary work, the Covington Slab Saw is a rugged, floor-model machine built to handle tough cutting jobs with ease. This immersion-style saw ensures efficient lubrication by drawing cutting fluid up from the tank as the blade spins, keeping cuts smooth and precise.

Built for durability, Covington powder coats the tank, hood, and chassis, providing long-lasting protection against wear and corrosion. The X-pattern strengthening rib keeps the tank unit square, ensuring a secure, leak-free fit for the hood. A sturdy steel prop arm holds the hood open, making it easy to load and unload materials.

Shopping was easy and fast. Also the cabbing machine arrived quickly and packaged very well. My husband unpacked it and made sure it ran. He did discover a cracked tray and called customer service. It was corrected very quickly with a replacement. Great company to do business with.

Everything arrived in good shape and delivery was smooth. Haven't gotten started yet with the tumbler so can't tell you about how it works. The instructions didn't tell me how to attach the bowl to the base! Had to learn that from a You-Tube video! Haven't plugged it in yet.
