Quiet operation compared to my other tumbler
Arrived quickly and was easy to adjust the belt and get started tumbling.
My 1st order arrived damaged; twisted and did not sit level on my flat
workbench. I called and sent pictures. Are you talking about my first
33B or the replacement one you are shipping to me? I have not received my replacement yet. Is your right hand speaking with your left hand?
As a first time tumbler, I did some research online before purchasing. So far, this machine has lived up to expectations. I do not have outdoor space, so right now I am tumbling on my kitchen counter and it is so quite, I forget it's there.
Very pleased with the product and the timely delivery. New to this, so the supporting documents are helpful. Just returned from the southern Oregon coast with some colorful jasper samples from the beaches and have those going in one barrel (pre-polish since they were pretty smooth) and the rough specimens in the second barrel. Looking forward to getting all polished up. Just takes time…Also appreciate the “checking in emails” from Gemstone. Nice, professional approach.
My 33B tumbler arrived on time and in great shape! I have familiarized myself with the new tumbler and tumbling my first batch of rocks right now! Looking forward to moving the rocks to the second grit when appropriate.
I have owned and used a Lortone 45c and never had an issue. GREAT tumblers! A real "Workhorse" as the saying goes.
I recommend Lortone tumblers to beginners and advanced.

I wanted to Thank You for the Prompt Shipping, arrived in a timely manner. Although I cannot say how it is working as of yet because it was a gift & I haven't heard from the Recipient yet.
The "flat lap" label made me think this would be a good choice for polishing slabs. It didn't work well for me in that mode. Even smallish saw marks were hard/impossible to remove and polish results were not that impressive.

Product works as advertised, we love the results. Communication and delivery was great.
The tumbler was a little slow being delivered, but after my first full polish cycle, I'm pretty pleased with the results. Some rocks didn't finish the way I'd hoped, but it is more likely that inconsistent rock shapes and cavities.
